Our Anise Biscotti, a favorite of Guiseppe Termini, has been a long standing Termini favorite. Our recipe is a traditional interpretation of Biscotti made with Anise oil. The licorice flavor of the Anise makes these Biscotti a great pair with a morning espresso. Termini Brothers Pastiera is completely handmade using the original recipe handed down from father to son for three generations. Each pie shell is hand rolled, filled, topped, and baked with tremendous care and pride. Our Pastiera is made with grano (slow cooked peeled wheat), sweetened ricotta cheese, and infused with orange blossom extract and housemade candied navel orange skins. The Pastiera remains a true Italian Easter tradition.
We recommend that you refrigerate your pie until 2 hours prior to enjoying.
