Shipping Policy and Information
Termini Brothers is an open-air bakery that makes items fresh daily. Our products are made with the finest ingredients and are free of preservatives. As such, Termini Brothers products are meant to be enjoyed upon receipt. Most items should be consumed within 4 days of receipt. Highly perishable items will contain storage and refrigeration instructions within the package. All other items can be kept in a cool, dry environment.
Termini Brothers ships nationwide within the continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. All shipments originate from our flagship store in South Philadelphia. Due to the perishability of some items, next day or second day air service may be required (detailed below). All products are packed and shipped individually to reduce damage during shipping. Shipments to Post Office Boxes will not be accepted.
During checkout, customers can select the desired shipping date. Dates can be selected up to several years in advance. Termini Brothers utilizes a third-party shipping company, and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery dates with ground shipping. Expedited service (next day and second day air) is guaranteed by the shipper from the requested shipping date. Orders ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of some perishable items (noted below). Orders placed by 11:59 PM EST/EDT are eligible to ship the following business day. During heavy volume times, such as Christmas and Easter, Termini Brothers reserves the right to eliminate available shipping dates from our checkout process. Holiday shipping cut off dates will be communicated through our home page, social media accounts, and through our email marketing alerts. Subscribing to Termini Brothers email marketing alerts can be done through our home page.
Tracking information is provided via email and on your termini.com account page once your item has shipped. Orders shipped via Ground service within a 150-mile radius of Philadelphia take an estimated 1-2 days to deliver. Areas outside of the 150-mile radius may take up to 5-7 business days. Ground orders may arrive Monday through Saturday.
Changes to your order or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your selected ship date by contacting customer service at 800-882-7650 or customerservice@termini.com. Once your order has been processed, no additional changes can be made. Due to product perishability, refunds and returns cannot be accepted. If your order arrives damaged or outside of the guaranteed delivery window (next day and second day air service only), please contact customer service and we will assist with placing a claim through our shipping provider. All damage should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the package and photo documentation should be provided to assist with the claim. All issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping fees are $5 per item for ground shipping, $20 per item for second day air service, and $40 per item for next day air service. Termini Brothers reserves the right to increase shipping charges or add surcharges to accommodate rising charges from our third-party shipper.
Items that may require expedited shipping include:
Small Cannoli Package, Large Cannoli Package, Sfogliatelle Gift Box and select Easter items
- Ground Shipping is available for delivery to: CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, VT
- 2nd Business Day is required for all other states.
- Next Business Day Service is offered for all states.
- Cannoli ship Monday through Wednesday only.
Zeppole Gift Box (Available Seasonally from Mid-February through March 19th)
- Ground Shipping is available for delivery to: NJ, PA, NY, DE, MD
- Next Business Day Service is required for all other states.
- Zeppole ship Monday through Thursday
The required shipping method will be reflected during the checkout process.
