Refunds and Return Policy
All items sold online or in stores are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on any order. Any changes or cancellations to a nationwide shipping order must be made at least two business days in advance of the requested shipping date.
Termini Brothers does not offer refunds for delays caused by our shipping partners. If your item is lost, arrives damaged, or arrives outside of the guaranteed delivery date (for next day and second day air orders only), we will assist you in filing a claim with our shipping partner. All damage should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the package and photo documentation should be provided to assist with the claim.
