Thank you for your interest in touring Termini Brothers Bakery. Please be aware that certain areas of the production facility may be restricted for safety, cleanliness, and operational purposes. Do not enter any areas that are not designated for the tour. Please also refrain from touching equipment, products, or surfaces unless permitted to do so by the tour guide. Photography or video recording may be restricted in certain areas of the facility.

If you have any allergies or sensitivities related to food products or specific ingredients used in our bakery, please notify us in advance. The facility produces products containing allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and more.

We ask that all participants maintain respectful behavior during the tour. By participating in the tour, you acknowledge that there may be inherent risks associated with being in a production facility, such as:
• Exposure to machinery or production processes.
• Exposure to allergens or other substances used in production.
• Slip, trip, or fall hazards.

You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff and assume responsibility for your own safety and well-being during the tour. All children participating in the tour must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times and should not be permitted to roam freely during the tour.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in a tour of Termini Brothers Bakery, you, the undersigned, hereby release and hold harmless Termini Brothers Bakery, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during your visit, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
By participating in the tour, you consent to the use of any photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the tour for promotional or educational purposes by Termini Brothers Bakery. If you do not wish to appear in any media recordings, please notify a staff member prior to the start of the tour.
