The most acclaimed cookie in our assortment, the Pignoli Cookie is a traditional Sicilian macaroon made with almond paste and whole imported Spanish pignoli (pine nuts) creating a soft, chewy consistency. Each tin contains approximately 3.5 lbs. of Pignoli Cookies assembled and decorated with imported candies and candy coated almonds. This tin serves approximately 14-18 people.

We at Termini Brothers Bakery have been making our Zeppole since Guiseppe Termini brought this unique recipe from his hometown of Enna, Sicily. The Zeppole, a specialty pastry made for the festival of St. Joseph, is round signifying the unity of family, and is only made once a year. Guiseppe was especially particular about this pastry as it represented his patron Saint’s Feast Day. Termini Brothers has been making the Zeppole for three generations, using the same recipe and tools utilized by our founder.
