Termini Brothers Pastiera is completely handmade using the original recipe handed down from father to son for three generations. Each pie shell is hand rolled, filled, topped, and baked with tremendous care and pride. Our Pastiera is made with grano (slow cooked peeled wheat), sweetened ricotta cheese, and infused with orange blossom extract and housemade candied navel orange skins. The Pastiera remains a true Italian Easter tradition.
