Termini Brothers Easter Ricotta Pie recipe dates back to
the 18th century and is only available for the two weeks
leading into Easter Sunday. Each pie shell is hand rolled,
filled, topped, and baked with tremendous care and pride.
Our version of the Ricotta Pie has a moist, dense texture
and features bold flavors of natural vanilla, cinnamon oil,
and fresh ground cinnamon. A distinct and unique addition
to any Easter dessert table.

 

Recommendation: Due to the lack of preservatives, we
suggest refrigerating this pie until two hours prior to serving.
