The Termini Brothers Pastiera Pie recipe and method has been
handed down from father to son for three generations for over
105 years. Our Pastiera is made with grano (slow cooked
peeled what) sweetened ricotta cheese, candied navel orange
peel made in house, and infused with orange blossom extract.
We take tremendous pride in the handmade nature of this pie.
The mixing and rolling of each shell, cooking the grano, scaling
and mixing the filling, and striping the dough pieces on top
before baking are all carefully completed by hand. We hope
you enjoy the Termini Brothers version of this true Easter
season classic.

 

Recommendation: Due to the lack of preservatives please keep
refrigerated until 2 hours before serving.
