Italian Easter Ham Pie

This Easter Pie is a recipe of our maternal grandmother, Blondina Mattucci. Every Easter Season on Palm Sunday, our grandmother and mother would work together from early morning until late at night making these traditional pies. The Ham Pie filling consists of fresh eggs, semi-boneless ham, bacon, diced Italian Prosciutto, fresh parsley, coarse black pepper, and a unique medley of Italian cheese.
We recommend that you refrigerate your pie until 2 hours prior to enjoying.

Termini Brothers Pastiera is completely handmade using the original recipe handed down from father to son for three generations. Each pie shell is hand rolled, filled, topped, and baked with tremendous care and pride. Our Pastiera is made with grano (slow cooked peeled wheat), sweetened ricotta cheese, and infused with orange blossom extract and housemade candied navel orange skins. The Pastiera remains a true Italian Easter tradition.

Our handmade Fig Bars are a traditional Sicilian dessert. A mixture of freshly ground figs, Marsala wine, hazelnuts and semi-sweet chocolate chips encased in a flaky cookie dough.

Our Taralli are made using Guiseppe Termini’s original recipe and are individually rolled by hand. Taralli are lightly lemon-flavored, ring-shaped biscotti and are often used as teething rings in Italy for young children due to their durable consistency and ring shape. The Taralli is one of our most basic and beloved items and the shape and flavor of this item has not changed for over 100 years. The Taralli Biscotti Tin contains approximately 1.5 lbs. of biscotti, assembled and decorated with imported candies and candy-coated almonds. This tin serves approximately 8-10 people.
