Varieties Include:
Anise – Our Anise Biscotti recipe is a traditional interpretation of Biscotti made with Anise oil. The licorice flavor of the Anise makes these Biscotti a great pair with a morning espresso.
Taralli – Lightly lemon-flavored, ring-shaped biscotti. In Italy, they are often used as teething rings for young children due to their durable consistency and ring shape. Our Taralli are made using Mr. Termini’s original recipe and are individually rolled by hand.
Cinnamon Chocolate Chip – Made with chocolate chips and natural cinnamon oil.
Chocolate Almond – A rich dark chocolate biscotti made with semisweet chocolate chips and whole toasted almonds. We recommend enjoying these Biscotti with a glass of your favorite Vin Santo.
Cranberry Pistachio – A very flavorful biscotti featuring tart dried cranberries and toasted whole pistachios. They have a lovely presence at Christmas time but are so popular that we make them year-round. Enjoy a morning latte or glass of eggnog with this Biscotti.
Zwieback – Zwieback Biscotti have a German origin (zwei = “two”, backen = “baked”). Ours are studded with walnuts and cherries, giving them additional texture and natural sweetness. They pair well with orange juice.
Regina (Sesame Seed) – Regina Biscotti are one of our most basic and beloved items. Using Giuseppe Termini’s original recipe, these lemon-flavored Biscotti are rolled in sesame seeds, giving them a slightly savory quality.
