Easter Pastiera Pie
$35.00Termini Brothers Pastiera is completely handmade using the original recipe handed down from father to son for three generations. Each pie shell is hand rolled, filled, topped, and baked with tremendous care and pride. Our Pastiera is made with grano (slow cooked peeled wheat), sweetened ricotta cheese, and infused with orange blossom extract and housemade candied navel orange skins. The Pastiera remains a true Italian Easter tradition.

Every Easter Season on Palm Sunday, our grandmother and mother would work together from early morning until late at night making these traditional pies. The Ham Pie filling consists of fresh eggs, semi-boneless ham, bacon, diced Italian Prosciutto, fresh parsley, coarse black pepper, and a unique medley of Italian cheese.
