Our Bella Donna Cookie Tin features 1.5 lbs. of our most popular Italian cookies assembled and decorated with imported candies and candy coated almonds. This tray serves approximately 6-8 people and features 4 varieties of our cookies including Pignoli, Plain Amaretti, Blondina, and Cucidati.

Varieties include:
Pignoli – Traditional Sicilian macaroons made with almond paste and whole imported Spanish pignoli (pine nuts), with a soft, chewy consistency.
Plain Amaretti – Almond paste macaroons that are then dipped in sugar before baking, giving a sweet, slightly crunchy exterior to their otherwise chewy, melt-in-your-mouth interior
Blondina – Sweet, crisp cookie dough topped with apricot jam.
Cucidati – Round flaky cookie with a dollop of fresh ground figs mixed with Marsala wine and honey.

Termini Brothers Pastiera is completely handmade using the original recipe handed down from father to son for three generations. Each pie shell is hand rolled, filled, topped, and baked with tremendous care and pride. Our Pastiera is made with grano (slow cooked peeled wheat), sweetened ricotta cheese, and infused with orange blossom extract and housemade candied navel orange skins. The Pastiera remains a true Italian Easter tradition.
We recommend that you refrigerate your pie until 2 hours prior to enjoying.
