Each cannoli shell is handmade from scratch using some of the original tools passed down for three generations. The most acclaimed cookie in our assortment, the Pignoli Cookie is a traditional Sicilian macaroon made with almond paste and whole imported Spanish pignoli (pine nuts) creating a soft, chewy consistency. Each tin contains approximately 2 lbs. of Pignoli Cookies assembled and decorated with imported candies and candy coated almonds. This tray serves approximately 8-10 people.
