The Long John (finger) cookie is one of our original recipe items that has been passed down for 100 years.  These hand-piped butter cookies are made with hints of lemon and amaretto, then filled with raspberry jam. The jam filled center sweetens these sandwich cookies making them tender, flaky and irresistible.  The Finger Cookie Tin features 2 lbs. of cookies, assembled and decorated with imported candies and candy coated almonds. This tin serves approximately 8-10 people
